デフォルター・ペイ（破綻者負担）

デフォルト・ウォーターフォールにおいて、破綻した参加者自身の当初証拠金と清算基金拠出金が、非破綻参加者のいかなる資金よりも先に損失へ充てられるという原則。「サバイバー・ペイ（相互化）」と対で用いられ、非破綻参加者の資金が動くのは、破綻者自身の資力が尽きた後に限られる。

The principle within a CCP default waterfall under which a defaulting participant's own initial margin and default fund contribution are consumed first, before any resources of non-defaulting participants are touched. It is paired with "survivors pay" (mutualisation), the later stage triggered only once the defaulter's own resources are exhausted.
